强脉冲光治疗颜面部雀斑的定量研究

摘要
目的:通过计算机Adobe Photoshop软件对图像进行分析,计算出雀斑治疗前后其图像的像素值改变的百分比,从而得出强脉冲光治疗面部雀斑的治愈率,获取一种更科学、客观的疗效评定方法。
     方法:从自2008年10月到2009年4月就诊于山西医科大学第一医院整形美容科门诊的面部雀斑患者中,根据条件筛选出30名符合条件的患者,治疗前首先在恒定的光强度下对雀斑部位进行拍照,根据患者的皮肤类型确定脉宽和能量密度,采用以色列飞顿一号强脉冲光治疗仪进行治疗。并嘱患者分别于首次治疗后第3周、第6周、第9周再次进行治疗,且每次治疗前均先在恒定的光强度下给同一部位拍照,再进行治疗,并于每次治疗后3周再次进行拍照,最后将所有图片用Adobe Photoshop软件进行处理,摄取局部雀斑图像,将所获取到的图像通过Adobe Photoshop软件逐个进行分析,获取到各自的RGB值,计算出治疗前后图像的像素值改变的百分比,进而评判出治疗效果。
     结果:
     1.不同皮肤类型及不同雀斑颜色需要用不同的激光脉宽及能量密度进行治疗。
     2.运用Adobe Photoshop分析雀斑图像结果显示:经强脉冲光治疗后,30名面部雀斑患者的治愈率为53.3%,有效率为96.7%。
     3.运用计算机数字化技术对疗效进行判定,比直接肉眼观察更为科学、客观、精确。
     4.治疗的疗程对疗效有显著影响,表现为:随着疗程的增加,消退率逐渐增加,雀斑消退明显;但经过一定的疗程后,随着疗程的增加,虽然消退率有增加,但已无显著性差异,提示疗程的增加对疗效已无明显意义。
     5.强脉冲光治疗面部雀斑效果显著、安全、无需休息、无需住院,患者易于接受。
     结论:
     1.Adobe Photoshop软件的采集及分析系统是测量皮肤色素性颜色改变的一种全新方法和有效尝试。
     2.通过计算机数字化高科技技术,对面部雀斑治疗前后的图像进行测定和分析,可以更客观、科学、定量得评判该疾病的临床疗效。
Objective:Adobe Photoshop software by computer image analysis,freckles before and after treatment to calculate its image pixel color value percentage of change so as to arrive at intense pulsed light treatment of facial freckles in the cure rate,access to a more scientific and objective method of assessing the efficacy.
     Methods:Since October 2008 to April 2009 visit to Shanxi Medical University First Hospital out-patient clinics of plastic surgery patients with facial freckles,selected in accordance with the conditions of 30 eligible patients,before treatment at a constant light intensity freckle parts under the camera,according to patient's skin type to determine the laser energy density,using Israel's Flying Dayton One intense pulsed light therapy instrument for treatment.And asked patient in the first 3 weeks,6 weeks,9 weeks after the first treatment follow-up,each time before treatment to a constant light intensity in the same position under the camera,and then carry out treatment and after treatment in each 3 week taking pictures again,and finally all the pictures with Adobe Photoshop software to deal with partial uptake freckles images,will be obtained through the Adobe Photoshop image analysis software,one by one,access to then respective RGB values,to calculate the image pixel color value before and after treatment and the percentage of change,and then judge the effect of the treatment.
     Results:
     1.different skin types need a different laser pulse width and energy density treatment.
     2.using Adobe Photoshop image analysis showed freckles:The intense pulsed light treatment, 30 patients with facial freckle cure rate was 53.3%,efficiency was 96.7%.
     3.the treatment effect of the disruption to a significant impact on performance as follows:With the course of the increase in the rate of increase gradually faded,faded freckles obvious;but after a certain course of treatment,as the increase in treatment,although the regression rate of increase,but no significant difference,suggesting that the increased efficacy of treatment with no apparent significance.
     4.the use of digital technology on the computer to determine the effect,than the direct visual observation by more scientific,objective and accurate.
     5.intense pulsed light treatment of facial freckles effective,safe,without rest,without hospitalization,the patient is easy to accept.
     Conclusion:
     1.Adobe Photoshop software acquisition and analysis system is to measure the color pigments of a change of the skin to try new methods and effective.
     2.High-tech digital computer technology,before and after treatment of facial freckles in the determination and analysis of images could be more objective,scientific,quantitative evaluation of the disease have clinical efficacy.
