辽宁省经济增长影响因素分析

摘要
经济作为一个演化的复杂系统具有复杂的动态演化性,如何从复杂的经济系统把握影响经济增长的重要因素,是经济增长研究中的关键问题。一直以来,对经济增长影响因素的研究很多,消费、投资、对外贸易与技术进步始终被认为是影响经济增长的决定性因素。辽宁省作为全国的老工业基地,在我国经济发展中一直起着重要的作用,认清各影响因素对经济增长的贡献度,对辽宁省乃至全国的经济发展具有重要意义。
本文通过对影响辽宁省经济增长因素的实证研究,主要分析了最终需求(包括居民消费、政府消费、资本形成)、对外贸易(也称净流出)、技术进步等因素在一定时期内对辽宁省总产出的影响程度。一方面,从投入产出的角度,对辽宁省各产业部门的影响因素进行了分析,通过对比,考查了总产出、增加值、最终使用、净流出几个方面的变动情况。另一方面,以投入产出为基础,运用结构分解技术(SDA)建立偏差模型,对辽宁省进行两个时段11部门和36部门的偏差分析,计算居民消费、政府消费、资本形成总额、净出口、省内生产技术几个影响因素的贡献度。在不同时点上,对影响辽宁省经济增长的因素进行动态分析,进而全面反映各个因素对经济增长的偏差与贡献度。最后,针对以上分析提出相关建议。
Economy is a complex system with dynamic evolvement complexity. It is a key question that how we can handle the most important influence economic growth factors from the complex system. Always, there are different explanations on the reasons about economic growth. Terminal demand, invest, foreign trade and technique progress are the crucial factors all the time. Liaoning province plays a significant role as the old industry base in china. It is significative to recognize the factors'function for Liaoning province even for our country.
This paper makes a demonstration study of Liaoning province economic growth factors and analyzes the variance to national economic from resident consume, government consume, invest, foreign trade and technique progress. One side, from the view of input-output, analyze the alteration instance by contrast the total output, value-added, ultimately use, foreign trade. On the other hand, basing on input-output, handling SDA technique to build the model of Liaoning province from 11 dept. and 36 dept., we can calculate the factors'biase. According to the analyze above, it can reflect the ingredients'biased and contribute ratio at different time point. At the end, we make some suggestions according to the analyze.
本文通过对影响辽宁省经济增长因素的实证研究,主要分析了最终需求(包括居民消费、政府消费、资本形成)、对外贸易(也称净流出)、技术进步等因素在一定时期内对辽宁省总产出的影响程度。一方面,从投入产出的角度,对辽宁省各产业部门的影响因素进行了分析,通过对比,考查了总产出、增加值、最终使用、净流出几个方面的变动情况。另一方面,以投入产出为基础,运用结构分解技术(SDA)建立偏差模型,对辽宁省进行两个时段11部门和36部门的偏差分析,计算居民消费、政府消费、资本形成总额、净出口、省内生产技术几个影响因素的贡献度。在不同时点上,对影响辽宁省经济增长的因素进行动态分析,进而全面反映各个因素对经济增长的偏差与贡献度。最后,针对以上分析提出相关建议。
