我国综合性医院门诊部建筑设计研究

摘要
医院建筑是与人类生命密切相关的场所,是集专业技术与复杂功能于一体的建筑类型。门诊部是医院建筑中最重要的组成部分之一,也是其中最为复杂的部门。我国医院建筑在新世纪必然具有更多的要求与新的特征。当前我国经济快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,对医疗卫生的要求也相应提高。在市场经济的影响下,医院也正由供给型向经营型转变。因此,医院建设需要通过改善自身环境从而适应市场竞争。
在医学进入生物——心理——社会模式发展阶段的今天,科学技术日新月异,医院建筑设计必然面对很多新的要求。在门诊部建设中,有很多问题值得探讨。本文主要通过对我国综合性医院门诊部建筑设计的分析研究,对当前医院建设中出现的问题进行探讨。
研究通过实态调研与理论相结合,以发现问题,分析问题到提出对策的思路进行,力图使研究更具针对性与时效性。
论文通过对我国综合性医院门诊部建筑设计现状的分析,对其历史与现状特征进行了剖析。通过对典型案例的比较,分析当前门诊部主要建设形式的优缺点。并且根据医学内外相关因素的影响,探讨影响其发展变化的原因。
SARS疫情的发生,引起了全社会对健康问题的关注。其对建筑设计也产生了影响,在门诊部的建设中也有很多问题需要引起人们的注意。
根据分析,论文从若干角度提出我国综合性医院门诊部建筑设计对策,对建设趋势、空间组合与环境设计提出建议。并在文章最后对其未来发展做出一定展望。
Hospitals are the constructions closely connected with human lives, and they are the type of architecture with professional technology and complicated functions. The out-patient department is one of the most important parts of general hospitals, and is also the part with the most complicated functions. The development of Chinese hospital buildings shows new demands and characters In the new century. The rapid development of economic and the improvement of peoples’ living conditions have made the improvement of the requirement of hospital buildings. In the influence of the marketing economic, hospitals are transferring from planned economic mode to market economic mode. So it is necessary to improve the environment of hospitals in order to face the marketing competition.
In the background of today’s medical technology –developing in the modes of biological medicine, psychological medicine and social medicine, and the improvement of technology, more demands and are shown in the design of hospital buildings., especially the out-patient department. We analyzed the development of this part in general hospitals in China, discussed some problems in the hospital buildings.
In this study, investigation of current situations and theories are connected, and thinking in the way of finding question, analyze question and advance countermeasure, try to make the study more pertinent and efficient.
We analyzed the history and current situations of designs of out-patient departments of general hospitals in china, though the compare of typical cases, merits and demerits are analyzed, and probed into the factors connected with the development in the past days.
SARS has made change in the attitude of people’s health. More demands have shown in building designs, including hospitals of course. New demands of out-patient department made more investigation in architecture.
We advanced some ways to put forward design of out-patient departments of general hospitals in some specific points, like design trend, space organization and environment design, and advanced countermeasures and prospected the future of design.
