医院户外空间环境设计研究
摘要
我国从上世纪九十年代中后期开始进入到大型医院建设发展的高潮期。在当前医院的大规模建设背景下,医院整体环境的设计越来越得到重视。尤其是以往被忽视的医院户外空间,对医院整体环境的影响和对病人及医护人员的心理影响是非常的巨大的。于是本文从医院户外空间环境入手,从使用者的心理出发,尤其是从病人在医院户外空间中的行为和心理入手,探讨设计的方法和途径。
文章首先对当前我国大型医院建设背景及国内外医院的发展进行了分析,并指出目前我国医院户外空间存在的问题,以及问题的反思。接下来文章对医院户外环境的特点以及使用者对医院户外空间环境的需求进行了分析,为人性化的医院户外空间环境设计提供了设计依据。
文章的主体部分,首先分析了对医院户外空间环境建设产生深刻影响的主要因素,以及医院户外空间环境的构成、医院的功能布局以及医院户外空间的层次与不同空间的组织手法,并对医院中不同功能部门的户外空间的设计进行了分析,深入的探讨了对病人影响较大的两个主要部门门诊部和住院部的户外空间,针对不同的空间提出了设计对策,最后对医院户外环境空间中的几个具体要素提出了设计建议。
文章的第五部分,最后总结出医院户外空间应该是一个整洁、清新、有序的整体,并医院中两个主要的部门的户外空间设计提出了建设性意见。
Since the late 1990s China has begun to enter the building to the climax of a major hospital. In the current context of large-scale construction of the hospital, people pay more and more attention to the overall environment of the hospital design. Especially the outdoor space of the hospital that was neglected in the past, its impact on overall environment of the hospital, and its psychological impact on patients and health care workers are very great. So this article explores the ways and means of designing by studying the outer space of the hospital environment, the psychological departure from the users, especially from the behavior and psychological of patients in the outdoor space of the hospital.Firstly, the essay analyses the large-scale hospital background and the development of the foreign and native country hospitals, and indicates and thinks over the problem of the outer space of native hospitals. Secondly, the essay analyses the feature of the outer space of hospitals and the user demands, and provide the bases for the designs of hospital outer space.In the main part of the article, the first analysis of the hospital is that which give the outdoor space environment a profound impact. There are many factors, and give the main ideas. Then on the organization means, this paper discuss the hospital outdoors space environment pose, the hospital functions layout and the hospital outdoor space with different levels of space. Second, different functional departments to hospitals outdoor space design are analyzed. The paper has an in-depth discussion on the outdoor space that which have large affect on patient clinics and in-patient departments. And then give the different design approach to different space.
