民航空中交通管制自动化系统的设计与实现

摘要
本方案是针对民航机场管制中心而设计的自动化管制系统,为机场管制
    人员提供自动化的管制手段,为实现机场雷达管制提供必要条件。开放性设计
    的分布式处理结构是该系统的主要特点,使得系统易于扩充和维护。该系统能
    满足民航空中管制的应用要求,适用于大、中、小各级机场。
     本文主要阐述了该管制系统的多通道雷达接口处理、多雷达数据融合处
    理、冲突报警处理和管制员工作席的系统结构原理设计与系统软件编程实现方
    法,解决了多路异种雷达信号的接入和相关融合、飞行冲突报警以及雷达目标
    动态复现等空中交通管制自动化系统所需的多方面重要功能。并以大连周水子
    国际机场的实际调试运行,验证了系统的可用性。
This scheme of automatic control system is designed for the control center of civil aviation airport. It provides automatic control means for airport control personnel and is necessary for realizing airport radar control. This system is designed as open distributed process system. It is easy to expansion and maintenance. The system can fulfil the requirement of air control of civil aviation, so it may be used to large, middle and small airport.
     This article discussed the principle design of system structure and the program realization means of system software. Its content is mainly including of Multi-Channel Radar Interface Processing, Multi-Radar Data Amalgamation Processing, Conflict Warning Processing and Control Personnel Seat Processing. Many important functions that Air Traffic Control Automatic System needed are solved, such as interface and amalgamation of the multi-radar data, flight conflict warning and dynamic reappear of the radar targets. The system was tested at Zhoushuizi international airport of Dalian. That authenticated the system usability.
