便携式数字压力校验仪的研制

摘要
压力变送器工作的稳定性、可靠性在工业过程控制中至关重要。作为压力变送器及传感器的检测校验设备,压力校验仪是必不可少的。传统的压力变送器和传感器的检测设备体积庞大,环节复杂,操作不方便,不能满足工业现场的使用要求。近年来,国外涌现了很多便携式压力校验仪,而国内生产的压力校验仪在质量与精度等水平上与国外的差距较大。所以,在国外生产的便携式数字压力校验仪价位较高的情况下,国内的产品与国外仍然无法竞争,绝大多数的市场被国外的产品占领。这使得开发研制具有坚固、耐用、容易操作和携带方便等特点的便携式压力校验仪成为当务之急。
     鉴于此,研制生产了一种以高精度扩散硅压力传感器及微处理器为基础的便携式数字压力校验仪,它采用加压泵与主机分体的结构,用于压力表、压力传感器、变送器、静压式液位传感器以及其他与压力有关的仪器仪表的校验与维修,其尖端技术、新工艺和独特的创造性使测试精度等各项指标均达到国外同类产品水平。
     便携式数字压力校验仪在远离实验室、工作基地的现场环境仍能可靠工作,最大限度地保证了工业控制、监测系统的工作有效性。便携式数字压力校验仪的投用大大减轻了检定人员的劳动强度,极大地提高了压力表检定的工作效率和检定测试的准确性。
     由于在保证性能和外观的基础上,与国外的产品缩小了差距,同时在价格上也具有竞争力,所以它具有明确的应用背景和广阔的应用前景,市场前景非常看好。
The stability and reliability of a pressure transmitter plays a critical role in industrial process control. As a testing and calibrating device, pressure calibrator is absolutely necessary in this process. The traditional calibrator for pressure sensor and transmitter is huge in volume with complicated procedure, which can not satisfy the field need for its inconvenience. In recent years, some foreign companies have developed new portable pressure calibrators, and there is still a wide gap between pressure calibrators made at home and abroad both in quality and in accuracy. Therefore, even if the price of foreign products is much higher than that made domestically, the foreign products is still highly competitive and covers most part of market share. It is an urgent task for us to develop our own firm, durable and easy- to- work portable pressure calibrator to occupy our domestic market.
    A new portable pressure calibrator is developed which based on Si-diffused pressure sensor and processor of high accuracy. By adopting separate structure of pressure generation bump and mainframe, it can be used for calibration and maintenance for pressure gauge, pressure sensor, transmitter, level meter and other pressure instrument. The advanced technology and unique creativity of this product contribute its high quality, which can compete with foreign products.
    The new developed pressure calibrator can still work outside laboratory and working area to assure the validity of industrial control system by the greatest extent. The launch of the portable pressure calibrator greatly alleviates labor intensity of operators and greatly improves their working efficiency and preciseness.
    Based on good command of performance and perfect appearance and its unique application background, the product has competitive price to ensure the successful market prospect.
