基于SNMP的宽带HFC接入网网管系统的研究

摘要
随着世界范围内信息高速公路建设的迅速发展,HFC网络作为一种宽带接入网络,越来越显示出其特有的优势:极宽的传输频带、丰富的频率资源、方便的接入手段和相对较低的技术改造费用。因此,近几年全世界HFC网络都在快速发展,网络规模越来越大,传输设备越来越多,网络构造也越来越复杂。而随着网络设备的增加,系统可靠性会逐步降低。为了保障网络高效安全地运营,宽带HFC接入网需要一套网管系统;为了与现代有线电视网络的干线网管系统相协调,宽带HFC接入网需要一套标准的网管系统;为了能同时支持模拟业务和数字业务的管理,宽带HFC接入网需要一套能同时管理模拟设备和数字设备的标准的网管系统。
     顺应以上需求,本文推荐采用SNMP协议来建立宽带HFC的网管系统。由此,本文研究了TMN网管体系结构、SNMP网管协议,分析总结了宽带HFC接入网的网络结构和接入方式,最后介绍了一种基于SNMP的宽带HFC接入网网管系统的实现。
     第一章对网络管理的概念和功能、TMN网管体系结构及SNMP标准网管协议作了详细阐述。
     第二章首先分析了现代有线电视网络结构,重点总结了宽带HFC接入网的两类接入方式,接着分析并提出宽带HFC接入网网管系统适合架构于TMN网管体系结构之中,适合采用SNMP网管接口。
     第三章提出基于SNMP的宽带HFC接入网网管系统的总体框架设计。
     第四章首先阐述MIB、ASN.1的概念和规则、MIB的扩展方法以及ucd-snmp-4.2.5软件包,接着给出本系统中代理方模拟设备扩展代理的实现,重点阐述Linux下的扩展,最后也简要阐述了Windows NT下的扩展。
     第五章首先阐述WinSNMP,接着给出本系统中管理者方的软件实现,重点阐述各个模块的实现。
With the rapid development of information all over the world, HFC network becomes one of the preferable kinds of broadband access network because of its broad band, rich frequency resource, convenient access measure and low rebuild expenses. In recent years, HFC access network developed rapidly, the network scope becomes bigger, the transmit devices become more and the network structure becomes more complicated. At the same time, the performance and the security problems appear and cannot be ignored. So it's urgent to build a management system that can manage the analogous devices and digital devices together and can correspond with the CATV trunk network management system.
    To meet the need analyzed above, we recommend using SNMP to build the broadband HFC access network management system. In this paper, firstly, TMN and SNMP are studied. Then the structure and the access mode of the broadband HFC access network are summarized. At last, a broadband HFC access network management system based on SNMP is introduced. The paper is arranged as follows.
    Chapter 1 gives a full description of the conception and the functions of network management, the TMN network management structure and the SNMP.
    Chapter 2 analyses the structure of the modern CATV network, summarizes the two access modes of broadband HFC access network, and proposes the broadband HFC access network management system be based on TMN and SNMP.
    Chapter 3 gives the whole design scheme of the broadband HFC access network management system.
    Chapter 4 introduces the conceptions and rules of MIB and ASN.l, and focus on the implement of the SNMP agent of analogous devices.
    Chapter 5 introduces the WinSNMP API and focus on the implement of the manager application.
