美军女性地位变迁研究

摘要
现代战争已经进入信息化战争时代,人才是未来战争致胜的关键因素,女性作为军队人才的重要组成部分,在现代军队中发挥着越来越重要的作用。美军女性在军队中已有将近一百年的历史,其地位随着社会与军队的发展而不断变化。本文主要结合女权主义理论和军队职业化理论对美军女性地位变迁问题进行研究。
本文共分为六个部分。第一部分绪论主要阐述了论文的研究背景、意义、研究内容及创新点;第二部分介绍了本文所使用的理论框架——女权主义理论结合军队职业化理论;第三部分通过分析美军女性数量、女性军官、女性受教育情况、公众态度和管理层面的变化对美军女性地位变迁进行研究,并结合女权主义理论和军队职业化理论分析地位变迁的因素;第四部分总结了影响美军女性发展的困扰因素,主要包括性骚扰、性侵犯、性别歧视以及不适当的政策等因素,指出美军应对这些困扰的不足之处并提出改进措施;第五部分简要概括我军女性地位情况并将中美两军女性地位进行对比分析,指出我军女性地位上的不足及其原因;第六部分分析了美军建设女性队伍中可为我军所借鉴的经验,并根据我国国情、军情提出意见和建议。
The modern war has entered into an information age. Talents are the pivotal factor of future war. As a significant part of military, women are becoming more and more important in the modern military. The U.S. Army women have a history of over 100 years. The U.S. Army women’s position has changed continuosly with the development of society and military. This dissertation studies the vicissitudes of the U.S. Army women’s position based on the feminisim theory and the military professionalism theory.
The dissertation can be divided into 6 parts. The first part tells the background, purpose, content and new idea of the research. The second part introduces the theories used in the dissertation, which are the feminisim theory and the military professionalism theory. The third part studies the vicissitudes of the U.S. Army women’s position through analyzing the changes of the U.S. Army women’s quantity and proportion, women officers, educational status, public attitudes and policies. Moreover, the reasons of the vicissitudes of the U.S. Army women’s position are analyzed by using the feminisim theory and the military professionalism theory. The fourth part summarizes the perplexing factors which influence the U.S. Army women’s development, i.e. sexual harassment, sexual violation, sexual discrimination and some improper policies. Furthermore, the dissertation points out the deficiencies dealing with these perplexing factors and brings forward some improved measures. The fifth part generalizes the PLA women’s position and analyzes the differences between the U.S. Army women’s and the PLA women’s position. At the same time, the deficiencies and reasons of the PLA women’s position are also indicated. The last part summarizes the experience of the U.S. Army women’s construction which can be applied for the PLA. Eventually, according to our national conditions and military situations, some useful opinions and suggestions are brought forward.
本文共分为六个部分。第一部分绪论主要阐述了论文的研究背景、意义、研究内容及创新点;第二部分介绍了本文所使用的理论框架——女权主义理论结合军队职业化理论;第三部分通过分析美军女性数量、女性军官、女性受教育情况、公众态度和管理层面的变化对美军女性地位变迁进行研究,并结合女权主义理论和军队职业化理论分析地位变迁的因素;第四部分总结了影响美军女性发展的困扰因素,主要包括性骚扰、性侵犯、性别歧视以及不适当的政策等因素,指出美军应对这些困扰的不足之处并提出改进措施;第五部分简要概括我军女性地位情况并将中美两军女性地位进行对比分析,指出我军女性地位上的不足及其原因;第六部分分析了美军建设女性队伍中可为我军所借鉴的经验,并根据我国国情、军情提出意见和建议。
