天津创新药业有限公司供应链管理研究

摘要
随着科技的进步和经济的发展,进入21世纪以后,企业仅仅关注企业内部资源和竞争力的管理模式已无法适应新的竞争形势。在这种竞争全球化趋势下,供应链管理越来越受到学术界和产业界的重视。
     对于医药这种传统行业来说,大多数企业还没有真正建立和实施供应链管理,尤其是中小型制药公司。本文针对天津创新药业有限公司进行研究,有针对性地对其供应链管理中出现的问题进行分析并提出优化和改进的策略,对未来同类企业供应链管理实施起到一定的借鉴作用。
     本文首先对中外医药供应链研究进行了对比,回顾了供应链及供应链管理的相关理论,从而论述了中小型制药企业引入供应链管理的必要性。其次,对天津创新药业进行系统地分析,分析其供应链结构、供应链管理现状,找出供应链管理中存在的问题,并提出了策略和实施方案。再次对于严重制约创新药业发展的信息化问题进行了深入的探讨,对供应链管理系统进行了规划和分析,然后较详细的设计了前台电子商务网站和后台管理信息系统,充分达到信息及时、有效共享的目的。最后对供应链管理系统的实现提出了相应的策略。
     本文采用实例分析方法,从理论入手,结合案例、图表分析得出中小型制药企业若要在日益竞争激烈的环境中生存、发展、壮大,必须依靠于供应链上的成员,只有进行优势互补,才能不断提高供应链整体的竞争能力,才能使供应链利益最大化,实现共赢的结论。
Along with the technical progress and the economical development, stepping into the 21st century, the enterprises merely pay attention to the enterprise interior resources and the competitive power management pattern, which has been unable to adapt the new competition. Under the globalization competition, supply chain management is considered more and more significant by the academic circles and the industrial field.
     Regarding the traditional medicine industry, the majority enterprises have not really established and managed the supply chain, especially the middle and small scale pharmaceutical companies. This article discussed the introduction of supply chain management to pharmaceutical companies, the analysis of those problems in supply chain management of Tianjin Innovation Pharmaceutical Corporation, the optimization and improvement methods according to the analysis, and providing a reference of supply chain management to other companies in this field in future.
     This article firstly carried a contrast between the Chinese and foreign medicine supply chain research and reviewed some relative theories about the supply chain and the supply chain management. Thus the paper discusses the necessity of the introduction of supply chain management to the middle and small scale pharmaceutical companies. Second, this paper made a systematic analysis of Tianjin Innovation Pharmaceutical Corporation on the supply chain conformation, and the current situation of supply chain management. Through these, the author proposed the problems in supply chain management and provided the solving strategy and implementation programs. Third, this article carried on a thorough discussion of the information technology which was a severe restriction to Tianjin Innovation Pharmaceutical Corporation. It planed and analyzed the supply chain management systematically, designed front E-commerce website and background information management system in order to share information in time and in effect. Finally, the paper supplied corresponding strategy on the realization of chain management system.
     This article used the example analysis method with the theories, models and charts. From this method, the result was that if the middle and small scale pharmaceutical companies wanted to survive, develop and grow strong in fierce competition, they must rely on the members on the supply chain management. Only if make complementary of their advantages, they could develop the competition abilities of whole chain continuously and realize the interests maximized and the win-win results.
