江西师范大学财务管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着学校办学规模不断扩大,财务业务量急剧增加,各种财务信息信息也成倍增加,停留在人工操作上财务处理已经满足不了当今的需求。随着现代化信息技术的飞速发展,计算机已开始逐步进入我国的高校财务管理部门,并得到一定程度的应用,由于计算机处理财务数据的能力强、速度快,对提高高校财务管理水平起到积极的促进作用。
本文以江西师范大学财务管理为背景,结合现代化财务管理的要求,对财务处财务管理系统进行研究。本系统采用已有的成熟技术Visual basic和SQL Server,系统简单易用,并且容易扩展。开发过程主要包括前端应用程序的开发以及后台数据库的建立和维护两个方面。根据对财务人员的调查分析,根据财务管理工作的需要,论文详细阐述江西师范大学财务管理业务中的凭证处理业务流程、经费计划业务流程、账务查询业务流程、暂付管理业务流程、帐表管理业务流程并且给出了系统数据模型。在需求分析的基础的上,本文进一步阐述系统设计。包括用户设计和凭证模块设计等。主要实现以下功能:对账务系统提供查询记账凭证、总账、明细账功能、辅助核算账功能;对记账系统提供查询涉及记账的凭证、总账表及各表的分析表;对科目余额分析、财政支出项目分析等。并对工作进行了总结。
江西师范大学财务管理系统具有检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等优点,可以实现学校财务的科学化、正规化管理,更是世界接轨的重要条件。使用财务管理系统,减少管理方面的工作量,极大地提高财务工作管理的效率,有利于财务处管理,具有重要的经济价值和社会价值。
