摘要
多溴联苯醚会干扰甲状腺激素,影响到人类和动物脑部与中枢神经系统的正常发育。已有研究表明,多溴联苯醚来源于其产品生产及其作为添加型阻燃剂制品的生产及其拆解。它是一种新型持久性有机污染物,在大气、水、沉积物等多种环境介质中均被发现,广泛地存在于生物体中。我国珠江口海域多溴联苯醚浓度异常高,达7 434. 7ng/g_(干重)。关于多溴联苯醚的生物污染研究主要集中在污染体检测、分布和降解机理的实验室研究方面。主要使用光照射和微生物方法降解多溴联苯醚,光照射下半衰期在9. 67~370h;微生物降解周期较长,现有实验降解率为0. 3%~80%。在污染体多溴联苯醚快速检测、降解技术的有效应用、归趋行为方面的系统研究及从源到汇全流程的污染控制技术等方面还鲜有报道,是未来亟待关注的方向。
        Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers(PBDEs) can affect endocrine functions of mankind and animals and has negative influence to human health. The existing research found that PBDEs comes from its production and also from production and disassembly of additive-type flame retardant products. It is a new persistent organic pollutants,and has been found in a variety kinds of environmental media,such as air,water,sediments,etc.,and widely exists in organism. The Pearl River Estuary has extremely high concentration of PBDEs,with dry weight of 7 434. 7 ng/g. Most of studies on biological pollution from PBDEs are concentrated in laboratory research of pollutants test,distribution and degradation mechanisms. These studies mainly use light irradiation and micro-organism methods in the degradation of PBDEs. Half-life( IV) under light irradiation is about 9. 67~370 h. Micro-organism has comparatively longer cycle for degradation. And the current laboratory degradation rate is 0. 3%~80%. There is rare research in the fast test of PBDEs in pollutants,efficient application of degradation technology,and fate behavior,as well as full flow of pollution control technology from source to end. This is also a future research issue needed to be concerned.
