浅析广东省PPP模式推进农村生活污水处理设施建设的现状和建议

摘要
"十二五"以来,广东省不断加大农村生活污水处理建设力度,鼓励采用PPP模式。本文通过对广东省PPP模式推进农村生活污水处理设施建设现状进行分析,包括政策背景以及目前存在的问题等,提出合理化建议,意在为广东省新一轮农村生活污水治理实施提供借鉴。
Since 12 th Five-Year, Guangdong provincial government has continuously intensified the construction of rural domestic sewage treatment, and encouraged the adoption of PPP mode. The current status of the rural domestic sewage treatment based on PPP mode was analyzed in Guangdong province in this paper, including the policy background and the existing problems and so on. The rationalization proposals are proposed to provide reference for the implementation of a new round of rural domestic sewage treatment in Guangdong province.
