摘要
针对传统吸油拖栏存在的运输成本高、占用空间大、溢油处置效率低等问题,采用可压缩高效吸油材料、中空弹性浮体和阻水无纺布等材料对传统吸油拖栏的结构进行优化,研制出新型可压缩吸油拖栏,海上拖带试验结果表明,新型可压缩吸油拖栏的饱和吸油倍数为16,抽真空可压缩率为50%以上,解压缩30min后可恢复至压缩前体积的92%,现场使用时可实现快速组装、快速布放、稳定拖带、快速回收。
Compressible oil adsorption material,hollow elastic floating body and water resistant non-woven fabrics were adopted to optimize the structure of traditional oil adsorption boom,and then develop a new-typed compressible oil adsorption boom,which can solve the problem of high transportation cost,huge warehouse space demand and low disposal efficiency of oil spill for traditional oil adsorption boom. The laboratory performance test and ship towing test was carried out,and the test results showed that for the compressible oil adsorption boom,its absorbency is 16,its vacuum compressible rate is above 50%,its decompression recovery rate is 92% after 30 minutes,and it can be rapidly assembled,deployed,stably towed,rapidly recovered in field.
