摘要

在新时期的发展中,农业水利施工技术水平得到了很大提升,推动着小型农田水利工程建设的有序开展。农田水利是我国民生建设的基础设施,在农业发展和建设中占据着重要位置。但是,农田水利工程的管理中存在着很多问题,对农田水利工程建设质量带来了一定的影响。基于此,论文阐述了小型农田水利工程管理的重要性,分析了新时期小型农田水利工程管理中存在的问题,总结了小型农田水利工程管理中的优化措施。
        In the development of the new period, the technical level of agricultural water conservancy construction has been greatly improved,promoting the orderly development of small irrigation and water conservancy project construction. Irrigation and water conservancy is the infrastructure for the construction of people's livelihood in China, which plays an important role in the development and construction of agriculture.However, there are many problems in the management of irrigation and water conservancy projects, which have a certain impact on the construction quality of irrigation and water conservancy projects. Based on this, this paper expounds the importance of small irrigation and water conservancy project management, analyzes the problems existing in the management of small irrigation and water conservancy project in the new period, and summarizes the optimization measures in the management of small irrigation and water conservancy project.
