摘要
在全国推进垃圾分类回收体制改革的大背景下,本文旨在分析国内及上海市环卫系统和再生资源系统"两网融合"发展历程、现状及目标,进而对"两网融合"后再生资源回收利用路径进行思考。探究了德国和日本等发达国家再生资源分类回收及资源化利用情况,总结了国家相关部委对"两网融合"的具体行动和要求。针对上海市"两网融合"的现状及进展,提出了对后续再生资源回收利用路径的探索。
        Under the background of promoting the reform of the garbage separation and recycling system throughout the country,this paper aims to analyze the development history,current situation and objectives of the "Two-network Integration" of sanitation system and renewable resource system in China and Shanghai.Furthermore,we will consider the recycling path of renewable resources after the "Two-network Integration".We explored the recycling and resource utilization of renewable resources in developed countries such as Germany and Japan.And summed up the specific actions and requirements of the relevant national ministries and commissions on the "Two-network Integration".In view of the status quo and progress of the "Two-network Integration" in Shanghai,the exploration of the recycling path of subsequent renewable resources is proposed.
