摘要
本文从"基因编辑婴儿"诞生及"基因编辑技术"的应用现状入手,由"基因编辑婴儿"推及基因编辑技术可能会破坏自然万物相生、相克、优劣、强弱的生态平衡,导致万物混杂、天地混沌、世界崩溃。重点分析了"基因编辑婴儿"引发的法律、安全、道德、人权等伦理与社会问题。提出人类在进行基因研究、开发和成果应用的同时,务必关注伦理道德,研究法律法规,确保"基因编辑婴儿"有利于人类健康发展和社会有序进步。
        This article begins with the birth of "gene editing infant" and the present application status of "gene editing technique"."Gene editing techniques",which is developed from "gene editing infant’,may lead to the destruction of ecological balance,causing chaos between different species that may be privileged or disadvantaged in their own natural environment,resulting in an unbalanced nature where the strong and the weak are unidentifiable. This may lead to confusion between living creatures,heaven and earth to be chaotic and the collapsion of the world.What’s more,it emphasizes and analyses the ethical and social issues which are caused by having "gene editing infant",such as law,safety,morality and human rights. Additionally,the article proposes that the mission of human beings lies in not only the gene research,development and technology application,but also how the research of ethics,laws and regulations ensures that "gene editing infant" is experiencing a healthy development towards a positive direction which benefits humans and society.
