摘要
机械电气设备在生产领域应用广泛,确保其安全、稳定运行对生产目标的顺利实现、生产任务的圆满完成具有积极的促进意义。部分机械电气设备发生故障后,维修条件不具备时,可采取一定的应急处理措施,使机械电气设备尽快恢复运行。鉴于此,文章分析机械电气设备故障,探讨排除故障方法,提出相关故障的应急处理措施,以供参考。
        Mechanical and electrical equipment is widely used in the field of production to ensure its safe and stable operation, which has a positive significance for the smooth realization of production objectives and the successful completion of production tasks. After the failure of some mechanical and electrical equipment, when the maintenance conditions are not available, some emergency measures can be taken to make the mechanical electrical equipment resume operation as soon as possible. In view of this, this paper analyzes the faults of mechanical and electrical equipment, discusses the methods of troubleshooting, and puts forward the emergency treatment measures for related faults for reference.
