新经济下地方应用型高校土建类人才培养实践

摘要
新经济、新业态对土建类人才培养提出了新要求。常州工学院作为地方应用型高校,其土建类专业紧密围绕学校的办学定位,依托江苏省高校品牌专业建设项目等平台建设,从修订人才培养方案、丰富专业教学资源、加强师资队伍建设、完善实践教学体系、改革教学评价体系等方面不断探索和完善人才培养模式,努力培养面向执业需求及社会发展要求的高素质应用型人才。
New economy and new formats put forward new demands for civil engineering talents. Being a specialty of Changzhou Institute of Technology,a local application-oriented university,Civil Engineering closely centers around the school-running orientation and relies on such platforms as the construction projects of brand specialty in colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province. It also explores and perfects constantly the talent training model from the aspects of revising the talent training program,enriching the professional teaching resources,reinforcing faculty construction,perfecting the practical teaching system,and reforming the teaching evaluation mechanism. The college aims to cultivate application-oriented talents of high-quality to meet professional needs and social development.
