义乌市居民饮用水水碘含量变化分析

摘要
目的了解义乌市饮用水中水碘含量的变化情况,为因地制宜、分类指导防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法以镇街为单位采集水样,利用硫酸铈催化分光光度法测定饮用水中的水碘含量。结果 2010年共检测水样357份,水碘中位数和平均值分别为3.60μg/L和5.02μg/L,水碘含量<10μg/L的水样占89.35%,10μg/L以上的水样占10.65%。2017年共检测水样332份,水碘中位数和平均值分别为2.59μg/L和2.96μg/L,水碘含量<10μg/L的水样占97.56%,10μg/L以上的水样占2.44%。2010年和2017年均未见有高于150μg/L的水样。地表水的水碘含量均<10μg/L,地下水的水碘含量在6.30μg/L~19.09μg/L。2017年水碘水平明显低于2010年。结论随着全市农村安全饮水工程的推进,义乌市水碘含量呈现走低趋势,总体上仍属于碘缺乏地区,今后继续抓好食用碘盐防治碘缺乏病措施的有效落实。
        Objective To understand the change of iodine content in drinking water in Yiwu City, so as to provide scientific basis for the adjustment of measures to local conditions and classification guidance to the prevention of iodine deficiency disease. Methods Water samples were collected from local streets, the content of iodine in drinking water samples were determined with cerous sulfate catalytic spectrophotometric method. Results 357 water samples were detected in 2010, the median and mean values of water iodine were 3.60 μg/L and 5.02 μg/L, respectively. The water samples in which the iodine contents were less than 10 μg/L, accounting for 89.35%. 332 water samples were detected in 2017, the median and mean values of water iodine were 2.59 μg/L and 2.96 μg/L, respectively. Water samples which the iodine contents were less than 10 μg/L accounted for 97.56%. The samples with iodine content over 150 μg/L were not found both in 2010 and in 2017. The iodine contents of surface water were less than 10 μg/L, and the iodine contents of the groundwater water were within 6.30 μg/L-19.09 μg/L. Water iodine levels in 2017 were significantly lower than those in 2010. Conclusion With the advancement of rural safe drinking water project, the contents of iodine in Yiwu City show a downward trend, and it still belongs to iodine deficiency area. In the future, we will continue to focus on the effective implementation of measures to prevent and treat iodine deficiency disease.
