回采面过岩溶陷落柱顶板控制技术应用

摘要
基于屯兰矿12505工作面过陷落柱期间顶板相对破碎、控制难度大,出现局部冒顶现象,采用"走梁搭棚+注浆"等技术措施对工作面过岩溶陷落柱时破碎顶板及片帮煤壁进行联合维护,有效防止了顶板下沉量及下沉速度,使支架初撑力提高至92%,保证了支架支护强度;同时采用注浆法对顶板及煤壁破碎岩体进行加固,提高了破碎煤体承载能力,使煤体单轴抗压强度提高至70%以上,避免了外力作用下破碎煤体出现顶板垮落、煤壁片帮事故,取得了显著的应用效果。
        Aiming at partial top falling due to relatively broken roof and difficult roof controlling when passing through the collapse column in 12505 working face of Tunlan Colliery, the paper puts forward technical measures of "walking Beam and Shading + Grouting" to jointly maintain the broken roof and spalling coal wall when passing through the karst collapse column. Be of significant application effect, "walking Beam and Shading" can effectively prevent roof subsidence and subsidence speed, and ensure the support strength, increasing the initial support force to 92%. On the other hand, grouting can reinforce the broken rock mass of roof and coal wall, improve the bearing capacity of broken coal body, and avoid roof collapse and coal wall flake failure under the action of external force, increasing the uniaxial compressive strength of coal to more than 70%.
