摘要
观察是评价幼儿行为表现和所积累的各种作品等的重要依据。教师运用观察分析来评价幼儿的成长,有助于教师关注幼儿的个体差异性、选择适合幼儿年龄水平的教育内容,更好地解读幼儿学习行为的能力及教育的感性。因此,在幼儿园的教育活动中,教师要学会观察,真实反映幼儿的发展水平。
Observation is an important basis for evaluating children's behavioral performance and various worksaccumulated. Teachers use observational analysis to evaluate the growth of young children, which helps teachers to payattention to the individual differences of children, select educational content suitable for children's age level, and betterunderstand the ability of children's learning behavior and the sensibility of education. Therefore, in the educationalactivities of kindergartens, teachers must learn to observe and truly reflect the development level of young children.
