摘要
采用乙醇溶液代替丙酮做为二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定水中铬(Ⅵ)的显色剂的溶剂,改进了GB/T5750-2006的方法,实验得知此方法和DZ/T 0064.17-93标准工作曲线线性良好。将两种方法应用于两种体系水中铬(Ⅵ)的测定,加标回收率达92%以上,均能满足准确度要求,由此可考虑简化测定铬(Ⅵ)的一般水样的保存方法,对以后测定水中铬(Ⅵ)的工作具有指导意义。
        Ethanol solution was used instead of acetone as the solvent for the spectrophotometric determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water by diphenylcarbazide. The method of GB/T5750-2006 was improved. The experimental results show that this method and DZ/T 0064.17-93 standard working curve have good linearity. The two methods are applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water of two systems. The recovery rate of standard addition is over 92%, which can meet the accuracy requirement. Therefore, a simplified method for the preservation of general water samples for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) can be considered, which has guiding significance for the future determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water.
