马钢定制焦铁路集装箱物流管理实践探讨

摘要
为适应我国物流产业发展要求,推进发展铁路集装箱运输的战略决策,在阐述钢铁企业、铁路物流企业供给侧改革和铁路集装箱市场发展等需求的基础上,从定制成套物流方案、实施全程物流管理体系、定制成套服务管理方案3个方面,构建马钢定制焦铁路集装箱物流管理方式,实现马钢和铁路共赢效益、社会效益和环境效益,有效解决马钢定制焦铁路集装箱物流的瓶颈,实现临涣焦化-马钢定制焦的安全、稳定、高效运行。
To facilitate strategy-making on railway container transportation under the development trend of logistics in China, based on an overview of the needs of the supply-side reform at both steel producers and railway logistics companies and development of railway container transportation, this paper puts forward the management strategy on customized container logistics of coking products of Ma'anshan Iron & Steel Company from 3 aspects: developing a complete customized logistics work plan, implementing whole-process logistics management and stipulating an overall service management plan to pursue win-win results for Ma'anshan Company and the railway industry, and to achieve social and environmental benefits through safe, stable and efficient transportation of the coking products between Linhuan Coking & Chemical Co., Ltd. and Ma'anshan Company with an effective solution to the bottleneck problem.
