精准扶贫视角下扶贫培训项目资源整合研究——以渝东北地区为例

十九大以来,党中央将脱贫攻坚上升到新的政治高度,各地区按照精准扶贫要求因地制宜、分类施策。渝东北地区渝是国家重点支持精准扶贫区域之一,实用技术、就业等扶贫培训是推进精准扶贫工作的重要内容。渝东北地区扶贫培训工作面临着培训项目交叉重贴、实用性不强、资源整合不到位、培训效果评价欠缺等问题,本文基于渝东北地区产业特点,从整体规划和资源整合的角度对培训项目管理和资源整合进行研究,为完善扶贫培训项目管理和提高项目培训质量提出相关建议。
Since the 19 th National Congress, the Central Committee of the party has raised the poverty alleviation to a new political height, and various regions have applied policies according to the requirements of precise poverty alleviation. Chongqing Northeast Region is one of the key areas for the state to support targeted poverty alleviation. Training in practical technology and employment is an important part of the efforts to promote targeted poverty alleviation. Poverty alleviation training in northeastern Chongqing is faced with problems such as cross-posting of training projects, poor practicability, inadequate integration of resources, and inadequate evaluation of training effectiveness. This paper studies training project management and resource integration from the perspective of overall planning and resource integration, and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the management of pro-poor training project and improving the training quality of the project.
