摘要

发展林下经济是巩固集体林权制度改革成果,促进绿色增长的迫切需要,是解决发展与保护矛盾的有效途径。文章立足于凉山州社会经济和林业发展基础,分析了凉山州林下经济的发展现状和发展空间,对林下经济发展存在的主要问题进行了探讨,并提出了合理发展的对策建议。
        Developing the under-forest economy is an urgent need to consolidate the reform of the collective forest rights system and promote green growth. It is an effective way to resolve the contradiction between development and protection. Based on the foundation of social economy and forestry development in Liangshan prefecture, the development status and development space of the under-forest economy in Liangshan Prefecture were analyzed in this paper, and the main problems of the under-forest economic development were discussed, and countermeasures for rational development were proposed.
