城市河道水质模糊综合评价——以杭州市为例

摘要
针对当下工农业及生活等废水、污水处理不达标即大量排放,而导致的城市河道水质污染日益加剧问题,提出一种基于模糊综合评价的水质评价方法,构建了水质污染模糊综合评价模型.选取氨氮、总磷、溶解氧以及高锰酸钾盐指数为监测指标,以杭州市城区主要河道为研究区域,合理布控监测站点实时获取并分析水质信息,得到各监测指标浓度数据,利用模糊综合评价方法,实现对杭州市城市河道各监测点水质等级的综合评定.研究结果表明:工业废水以及生活污水中氨氮、总磷等物质的大量排放是造成城市河道水质污染的主要因素,为日后城市河道的整治以及污水的排放指标提供了技术支持.
        Considering the fact that the water pollution of urban rivers is increasingly serious due to the discharge of wastewater and sewage treatment, such as industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage, a water quality assessment method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for water pollution is established. The ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, dissolved oxygen and potassium permanganate salt index were selected as monitoring indicators. The main river channel in Hangzhou city was taken as the research area. The water quality information was obtained and analyzed in real time by reasonable monitoring and monitoring stations, and the concentration data of each monitoring index was obtained.The evaluation method is to achieve a comprehensive assessment of the water quality grades of the urban rivers in Hangzhou. The research results show that the large discharge of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in industrial wastewater and domestic sewage is the main factor causing water pollution of urban rivers, which provides technical support for the regulation of urban river course and the discharge target of sewage in the future.
