“绿水青山就是金山银山”的基本形态生态资产及价值形式分析

生态文明建设和绿色中国,是我国特色社会主义建设的内在需要,也是当代中国社会发展的重要组成部分。习近平总书记提出的"绿水青山就是金山银山"阐明了我国环境保护和社会经济发展的辩证统一关系,揭示了绿色中国和国民经济发展的内在一致性。文章在剖析绿水青山和金山银山的内在一致性的基础上,对作为两者基本形态的生态资产进行解读和诠释,并分析了将"绿水青山"转化为"金山银山"的重要手段。
The construction of ecological civilization and green China are the internal needs of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important part of the social development of contemporary China. General Secretary Xi Jinping's"Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets "clarifies the dialectical and unified relationship between environmental protection and social and economic development in China, and reveals the inherent consistency between green China and national economic development. On the basis of analyzing the inherent consistency of Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains with Gold Mountains and Silver Mountains, this paper explained its basic form of ecological assets and value forms, and analyzed the important path of transformation from Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains to Gold Mountains and Silver Mountains, that is, to realize the marketization and value of ecological assets.
