摘要
选用晚熟品种吉粳88和早熟品种吉粳113为试验材料,研究不同生态条件对盐碱地水稻品种米质的影响。结果表明:不同生态条件对不同熟期水稻品种的碾米品质、外观品质和蒸煮品质影响不同。晚熟品种的碾米品质、外观品质和胶稠度易受生态条件变化影响,早熟品种的垩白度受生态条件变化影响较大,两个不同熟期品种的直链淀粉含量受生态环境变化影响较小。
        To clarify the effect of different ecological conditions on the quality of early and late ripening rice varieties,to 'Ji jing 88' and 'Ji jing113' as the experimental material, the effects of different ecological conditions on rice variety and quality in saline-alkali soil were studied. The results showed that different ecological conditions have different effects on rice quality, appearance quality and cooking quality of rice varieties with different maturity. The rice quality, appearance quality and gel consistency of late-maturing varieties are susceptible to changes in ecological conditions. The chalkiness of early-maturing varieties is greatly affected by changes in ecological conditions. The amylose content of two different maturing varieties is less affected by changes in the ecological environment.
