摘要
以铬革屑碱法降解制得的铬革屑降解物为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备交联型蛋白基木材胶粘剂。通过正交试验研究环氧氯丙烷用量、反应温度、反应时间和pH值对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:体系的pH值对胶粘剂的性能影响最大,当环氧氯丙烷(ECH)用量为4%,反应温度70℃,反应时间2 h,体系pH值为9时,制得的木材胶粘剂性能较好,耐水性显著提高,且制得的胶合板符合国家标准GB/T 9846-2015。
A cross-linked protein-based wood adhesive was prepared by cross-linking degradation products of chrome leather scraps with epichlorohydrin. The degradation products were obtained by alkali degradation. Epichlorohydrin was used as the cross-linking agent. The effects of epichlorohydrin dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value on the performances of the adhesive were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the pH value of the system has the greatest impact on the performance of the adhesive. When the amount of epichlorohydrin is 4%, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, time is 2 h, and pH value is 9, the prepared wood adhesive has better performance, the water resistance is significantly improved, and the prepared plywood accords with GB/T 9846-2015.
