摘要

生态资本在大数据时代精准扶贫中具有独特的优势,这是由生态资本与产业发展之间的内在联系决定的,生态资本在产业化进程中表现出独特的优势。在精准扶贫中过度强化生态资源的资本化有可能带来潜在的发展风险,生态资产的证券化和虚拟化对经济社会持续发展具有较大的危害。生态资本在大数据时代的扶贫开发进程中还存在制度和乡风建设方面的不足,更存在主体性模糊的忧患。当前,既要充分利用大数据时代科学技术发展的战略机遇,也要充分认识到大数据技术对经济社会持续发展无能为力的一些方面,把科技建设与制度建设紧密结合起来,促进社会稳步脱贫和永续发展。
        Ecological capital has unique advantages in precise poverty alleviation in the era of big data, which is determined by the internal relationship between ecological capital and industrial development. Ecological capital also shows its unique advantages in the process of industrialization. Over-strengthening the capitalization of ecological resources in precise poverty alleviation may bring potential development risks. Securitization and virtualization of ecological assets have great harm to the sustainable development of economy and society. In the process of poverty alleviation and development in the era of big data,the insufficiency of system construction and rural style construction still affects the development of ecological capital, and there are more worries of ambiguous subjectivity. At present, we should not only make full use of the strategic opportunities of science and technology development in the era of big data, but also fully realize that the role of big data technology in the sustainable development of economy and society is still limited. We must closely combine scientific and technological construction with institutional construction to promote social steady poverty alleviation and sustainable development.
