摘要
制备了一系列不同膨胀石墨含量的聚氨酯泡沫塑料,并对阻燃性能、力学性能和保温性能进行了研究。膨胀石墨含量不同,相应聚氨酯泡沫塑料各方面性能均产生不同的变化。当膨胀石墨的含量为40份时,材料的综合性能最优,氧指数为27.0,压缩强度和压缩模量分别为0.33MPa和12.4MPa,热导率为0.024W/(m·K)。在化工管道中应用能有效保证生产的安全性。
A series of polyurethane foams containing different expanded graphite were prepared,and their flame retardancy,mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties were studied. The properties of polyurethane foams varied with the content of expanded graphite. When the content of expanded graphite was 40 phr,the material had the best comprehensive properties,the oxygen index was 27.0,the compressive strength and modulus were 0.33 MPa and 12.4 MPa,respectively,and the thermal conductivity was 0.024 W/(m·K). The application in chemical pipeline can effectively ensure the safety of production.
