摘要
随着经济的发展和人口的增加,人类对于水资源的需求在不断的在增加,再加上存在对水资源的不合理利用和开采,环境污染造成的水质污染,越来越多的国家都出现了不同程度的缺水问题。就中国而言,我们的水资源总量2.8万亿m~3,居世界第五位。我国2014年用水总量6094.9亿立方米,仅次于印度,位居世界第二位,由于人口众多的原因,人均水资源占有量仅2100m~3左右,仅为世界人均水平的28%,所以合理开发利用水资源是刻不容缓的事情。
        With the development of economy and the increase of population, the demand for water resources is increasing,and there are water pollution caused by unreasonable utilization and exploitation of water resources and environmental pollution. More and more countries have different degrees of water shortage. As far as China is concerned, our total water resources amount to 2.8 trillion m~3, ranking fifth in the world. China's total water consumption in 2014 was 609.49 billion cubic meters, second only to India, ranking second in the world. Due to the large population, the per capita water resources occupied only about 2100 m~3, only 28% of the world's per capita level. Therefore, it is urgent to develop and utilize water resources rationally.
