摘要

文章针对园林工程项目成本管控中存在的问题进行综合分析,并简要介绍了提升园林工程项目管理成本控制水平的重要价值,如提高资源的整合水平、减少施工风险的发生等,笔者提出园林工程的特点与项目成本构成、园林工程项目管理成本的有效控制措施,希望能够为有关学者提供一定的参考与借鉴。
        This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of landscape engineering projects, and briefly introduces the important value of improving the control level of landscape engineering project costs, such as improving the level of the integration of the resources, reducing the construction risks, and so on. This paper puts forward the characteristics and cost composition of garden engineering project and effective control measures for controlling the management costs of garden engineering project, hoping to provide a reference for relevant scholars.
