摘要
介绍了当采用钛、锆复合板作为管壳式换热器的壳程材料时,需要解决内部钛锆焊缝垫板凸起,导致管束装配困难等的相关制造难点;提出减小折流板外径,壳程筒体采用的几种结构方法,并提供采用复合板垫条特殊设计结构和制造工艺。
        In use of titanium and zirconium clad plate as the material for the shell of tubular heat exchanger, some difficult issues in manufacture should be treated, such as that the strip for two materials welding makes assembly of tube bundle difficult. In this article, several methods with respect to the issue were presented, including reduction of baffle diameter, design of specific structure of clad plate welding strip and related fabricating process. It was hoped what presented herein may be referenced in the design and manufacture of the heat exchangers using similar materials.
