摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟方法,对600 MW等级燃煤机组空预器至除尘器入口烟道的压力场分布、速度场分布进行了优化,研究表明:增设整流板和弧度导流板优化后,引风机的电耗比改造前下降了844 k W,具有显著的节能效果,为后续节能改造提供了有力的支持。
The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation method was used to optimize the pressure field and velocity field distribution of the flue pipe of the 600 MW coal-fired unit.It was showed that the power consumption of the draft fan decreased by 844 kW after being added the rectifying plate and the arc deflector,which showed significant energy-saving effect and provided strong support for the subsequent energy-saving transformation.
