摘要
本文对中山市各行业工业污泥进行切条成型实验和热值分析,探讨了中山市工业污泥热解气化处理的可行性。实验结果表明,以中山市目前各行业的污泥产生量,所有各行业污泥混合后由于热值较低(<1800 cal/kg),不适用于污泥低温干化+热解气化工艺的处理路线,若剔除污泥产量较少、热值低的造纸行业污泥,则可适用污泥低温干化+热解气化工艺的处理路线。
In this paper, the slice forming experiment and calorific value analysis experiment of industrial sludge from various industries in Zhongshan were carried out. The feasibility of pyrolysis and gasification of industrial sludge in Zhongshan was discussed. The experimental results show that the calorific value of sludge mixed in all industries is low(<1800 cal/kg) is not suitable for the low temperature drying + pyrolysis gasification process. If the less output and low calorific value of paper industry sludge is removed, the treatment route of sludge low temperature drying + pyrolysis gasification process is suitable.
