环境影响评价在城市规划中的应用

摘要
改革开放使我国工业获得快速发展,在经济实力不断提升的基础上,人们对生活质量和生活水平也有了更高的要求。城市化进程的不断加快,让物质基础和其他必要条件成为推动城市化进程的核心原动力。当前社会发展的主题是绿色可持续发展,因此实现环境、资源以及社会的共同发展是城市规划过程中的重要目标。文章针对当前我国城市规划的发展现状进行了深入探讨,并对环境影响评价在城市规划中的意义和布局做出了分析。
With the rapid development of China's industry and continuous improvement of economic strength, people have higher requirements on the quality of life and living standards. With continuous acceleration of urbanization, material basis and other necessary conditions have become the core driving force to promote the urbanization process. The theme of current social development is green and sustainable. Therefore, the development of the environment, resources and society is an important goal to be achieved in the process of urban planning. This paper discusses the current situation of urban planning in China and analyzes the significance and layout of environmental impact assessment in urban planning.
