顶盖螺栓超声波检测中的回波分析

摘要
对某抽水蓄能电厂顶盖螺栓进行超声纵波检测时,发现螺杆部位及螺纹部位存在异常回波,但通过超声横波检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测等方法复核发现,存在回波的部位并无缺陷,通过CAD及声场计算分析了该异常回波出现的原因。
        Abnormal echoes were found in the screw and screw thread during the ultrasonic longitudinal wave detection of the header bolts of a pumped storage power plant,but the re-check through ultrasonic transverse wave detection,magnetic testing,penetration testing and other methods finds no defect in the location with echo. This paper uses CAD and acoustic field calculation to analyze the cause of the abnormal echo.
