摘要
为了检测装配式混凝土结构中现浇混凝土的施工缺陷,研究通过试验检测超声波在不同脱空率混凝土构件中传播的规律;得到超声波在缺陷混凝土构件中声波、声幅、波形、频率等参数变化规律,得到超声波在缺陷混凝土构件相关参数判别指标;结合判别指标进行现场混凝土结构的检测,通过现场测试结果与试验数据比较,判断结构是否存在缺陷。研究表明:现场测试结果与试验判断基本一致,通过此方法能够较好的判断构件的安全性,能够对整体结构缺陷情况进行有效的判别。
        The law of propagation of ultrasonic wave in concrete parts with different dropout rates was tested and the parameters of acoustic wave,sound amplitude,waveform,frequency and other parameters of ultrasonic flaws in concrete components were obtained. The discriminant index is used to detect the concrete structure on the spot,and the field test results are compared with the test data to determine whether the structure has defects. The research shows that the field test results are basically consistent with the test judgments. Through this method,the safety of the components can be better judged,and the overall structural defects can be effectively discriminated.
