摘要
被动集成应答器(passive integrated transponder,PIT)标记是一种基于无线射频识别的标记,以标记的方式来识别目标生物体,主要应用于水生动物的行为、生存生长、分布、监测保护和渔业增殖放流效果评估等研究中。与其它标记技术相比,PIT标记具有信息储存量大、体积小、持久性强、识别度高、唯一性和性能稳定、频率足够低时易于识别及对生物体的生存、生长和游泳能力无显著影响等优点。但也存在不足之处,如有些种类肌肉植入时保留率低;手术伤口溃烂导致生物体死亡;标记迁移影响天线的检测等。PIT标记技术对于水生动物研究具有重要意义,并具有良好的发展趋势。主要综述了基于PIT标记在水生动物、尤其是鱼类的研究中的应用进展,以期为渔业增殖放流效果评估研究和管理工作提供参考。可以预期,PIT标记技术与物理、化学和分子标记等相结合将成为水生动物研究的一个发展趋势。
        Passive integrated transponder(PIT) is a radio frequency identification based tag that identifies the target organism in a tagging manner. It is mainly applied to the studies on behavior,survival,growth,distribution,monitoring and protection of fish and the evaluation of effects of fishery enhancement and release. Compared with other marking technologies,PIT tags have advantages of larger information storage capacity,smaller size,stronger durability,higher recognition,uniqueness,more stable performance,easier identification with low frequency,and fewer negative effects on survival,growth and swimming ability of organisms. But there are also deficiencies,such as the low retention rate of some types of muscle implants,the death or biological wounds due to surgical wound ulceration,and the transfer of labeling that affects the detection of antennas. PIT marker technology is meaningful for aquatic animal research and has a good development prospect. The article mainly reviewed the progress of the application of PIT markers in the study of aquatic animals,especially in fish,in order to provide some references for the evaluation,research and management of fishery enhancement and release effects. It can be expected that the combination of PIT labeling technology with physical,chemical and molecular markers will become a trend for the aquatic animal research.
