随钻测量井底压力、温度和钻井液密度的方法探讨

摘要
为及时、准确地了解钻遇地层的压力及地层流体性质。有效发挥录井技术在井控工作中的作用,提高录井解释评价水平.借鉴随钻测量(MWD)和随钻测井(LWD)技术方法,优选地层压力、温度和钻井液密度3个参数,提出建立井下随钻测量系统的工作原理与设计思路。认为所设想的井底压力、温度和钻井液密度随钻测量系统以及所涉及的信号传输系统目前部有较成熟的分项技术,该设想易于实现。
In order to immediately and correctly find out drilled formation pressure and fluid property,efficiently perform the functions of mud logging technique in well control,im- prove the comprehensive interpretation & evaluation level of mud logging,referring MWD and LWD techniques,and op- timizing three parameters of formation pressure,tempera- ture and drilling fluid density,the paper put forward the working principle and design idea for setting up downhole MWD system.At present,both the assumed while drilling measurement systems of formation pressure,temperature and drilling fluid density and the involved signal transmis- sion system have mature subitem technology,and the de- sign idea is easy to be realized.
