The World Bank Improving Environmental and Natural Resource Policies: Power, Deregulation, and Privatization in (Post-Soviet) Armenia
摘要
World Bank interventions in Armenia promoted policy and administrative changes. Such interventions formally claim to enhance the common good. Informally, neoliberal privatization and deregulation further weakens state actors. At the same time they promote intensified extraction of natural resources.
