摘要
针对因推焦过程中不同操作人员采取的推焦速度不同,某型号焦炉推焦装置会发生不同剧烈程度的振动,从而造成炉体破坏,焦炭成品率降低等问题,采用虚拟样机动力学仿真分析的方法,以推焦装置为研究对象,将滑靴下部视为柔性体,构建推焦装置刚柔耦合模型,模型经验证准确后进行动力学仿真,探究推焦速度对推焦装置振动特性的影响。结果表明,在推焦装置操作允许范围内,推焦时采取的推焦速度越小,推程中推焦杆竖直方向振动加速度有效值就越小,振动也越弱。研究结果为推焦装置减振优化设计提供了一定的理论参考。
        Due to different pushing speeds adopted by different workers in the process of coke pushing, the vibration of the coke oven with different severity occurs, which may damage the coke oven and reduce the quality of coke products. In this paper, a virtual prototype of the coke pushing device is studied by means of dynamic simulation analysis. The lower part of the sliding shoe is regarded as a flexible body. The rigid-flexible coupling model of the coke pushing device is established.After the model is verified to be accurate, the dynamics simulation is carried out to investigate the effect of the push speed on the vibration characteristics of the coke pushing device. The results show that within the allowable range of operation of the coke pushing device, as the coke pushing speed decreases, the effective value of the vibration acceleration in the vertical direction of the coke pushing rod during the coke pushing process also decreases and the vibration is significantly weakened.The results provide a certain theoretical reference for the further optimization design of the vibration reduction of the coke pushing device.
