野山茶籽油脂对改善机体疲劳的影响

摘要
以野山茶籽为原材料,提取野山茶籽油脂,用以缓解运动员运动后出现的机体疲劳现象。通过30 d分组测试后,得出服用野山茶籽油脂能明显延长负重游泳力竭时间,降低运动前后血乳酸值和血清尿素水平,但是随着野山茶油脂食用时间的增加,效果呈缓慢降低的趋势。由此可见,野山茶籽油脂具有很好的抗疲劳作用,可以开发成为抗疲劳产品。
        Using wild camellia seed as raw material, the oil of wild camellia seed was extracted to alleviate the fatigue of athletes after sports. After 30 d of grouping test, it was concluded that taking wild camellia seed oil could significantly prolong the exhaustion time of load swimming, reduce the blood lactic acid value and serum urea level before and after exercise, but with the increase of edible time of wild camellia seed oil, the effect would be slowly decreased. Therefore, camellia oleifera seed oil has a good anti-fatigue effect and can be developed into anti-fatigue products.
