国医大师洪广祥辨治慢性咳嗽经验探析

摘要
国医大师洪广祥教其对慢性咳嗽的诊治经验丰富。洪教授提出"肺系、胃系与肝诸脏气机逆乱、气阳虚弱"是慢性咳嗽的核心病机,并确立了慢性咳嗽调理气机、扶正祛邪的治疗原则。文章以洪教授诊治慢性咳嗽病因病机为主线,重点阐释洪教授治疗慢性咳嗽的方药及治则特点,以期推广洪教授治疗慢性咳嗽的临证经验。
TCM master HONG Guang-xiang is a famous TCM clinical scientist who has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough. Professor HONG proposed that the core pathogenesis of chronic cough are disorder of the qi and deficiency of qi and yang in lungs stomach and liver organs. Establishing the principles of regulating qi and strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens to treat chronic cough. This article took the cause of disease and pathogenesis based on professor HONG's diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough as the main line, and highlighted professor HONG's characteristics in the treatment of chronic cough and the characteristics of the rule, in order to promote professor HONG's clinical experience in the treatment of chronic cough.
