电针对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠电图的影响

摘要
目的:观察电针对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠电图的影响,探讨电针治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效及机制。方法:将100例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组予以禁食水、抑制蛋白水解酶活力、抑制消化液分泌、抗感染、改善微循环、营养支持等治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上予电针治疗,治疗5 d。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后胃肠电图的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.00%,对照组总有效率为54.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后胃肠电图主频率(FP)、平均频率(FC)和振幅(AP)均高于治疗前,治疗组患者治疗后胃肠电图FP、FC、AP均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗可升高急性胰腺炎患者胃肠电波,改善急性胰腺炎患者胃肠道功能。
Objective: To observe the influence of electroacupuncture on stomach electrointestinogram in acute pancreatitis patients, and to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism. Methods: A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and treatment group(50 cases). The control group was treated with fasting water, inhibiting proteolytic enzyme activity, inhibiting digestive secretion,anti-infection, improving microcirculation, nutritional support, etc. In addition to the above treatment, the treatment group also gave electroacupuncture treatment, with a total of 5 days of acupuncture. The clinical curative effect and the change of gastric electrointestinogram were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 86.00% in treatment group and 54.00% in control group, and the treatment group showed better clinical curative effect thanthe control group(P<0.05). The main frequency(FP), average frequency(FC) and amplitude(AP) increased in the two groups after treatment, and the treatment group showed higher FP, FC and AP than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can increase the stomach electrointestinogram in acute pancreatitis patients and restore gastrointestinal function.
