摘要
目的研究屈光不正患者应用不同浓度阿托品治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法 150例屈光不正患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为实验甲组、实验乙组和对照组,各50例。实验甲组患者接受高浓度(0.1%)阿托品治疗,实验乙组患者接受低浓度(0.01%)阿托品治疗,对照组患者不接受任何药物治疗,对比三组患者治疗效果(对照组同期观察视力情况),以及实验甲组与实验乙组不良反应发生情况。结果实验甲组患者总有效率92%明显高于实验乙组的72%及对照组的0,且实验乙组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验乙组不良反应发生率4%明显低于实验甲组的18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高、低浓度阿托品对于治疗屈光不正都有效果,高浓度阿托品的治疗效果比低浓度阿托品的治疗效果更为显著,但低浓度阿托品治疗安全性更高。
        Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of different concentrations of atropine preparations in the treatment of ametropia patients. Methods A total of 150 ametropia patients as study subjects were divided by random number table into experimental group A, experimental group B and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group A received high concentration(0.1%) atropine, experimental group B received low concentration(0.01%) atropine, and control group received no drug therapy. The treatment effect(visual acuity of the control group was observed at the same time) in the three groups was compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions between experimental group A and experimental group B. Results Experimental group A had obviously higher total effective rate as 92% than 72% in experimental group B and 0 in control group, and experimental group B had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Experimental group B had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 4% than 18% in experimental group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion High and low concentrations of atropine are effective in the treatment of refractive errors. High concentration of atropine is more effective than low concentration of atropine, but low concentration of atropine is safer than low concentration of atropine.
