以自主创业为导向的英语专业课程体系改革

摘要
英语专业扩招给毕业生的就业带来很大的压力。文章针对英语专业毕业生就业压力大、自主创业能力低下的问题,提出了英语专业课程体系改革方案。我们认为,英语专业课程体系应当以自主创业为导向进行改革,其改革的方向为:增加自主创业教育课程,增加创业知识,搭建创业平台;提升自主创业能力,实现知识性课程和语言技能课程之间的平衡;重视学生实践能力和创新思维的培养,为其创业打下基础;课程设置密切结合人才培养目标,突出创业教育目标,注重复合型人才的培养;课程改革应当为学生提供及时了解国家就业方针政策方面的消息。通过课程改革来改变就业难的现状,改变毕业生的就业观,提升他们自主创业的能力。
The enrollment expansion poses intensive pressure on the employment of English majors.This paper puts forward the curriculum system reform on the basis of the great employment pressure and low entrepreneurship ability.The reform includes:improving of entrepreneurship education,increasing enterprising knowledge,establishing enterprising platform,enhancing enterprising ability by balancing knowledge courses and language skill courses,paying attention to fostering students,practical ability and creative thinking to lay foundation for entrepreneurship,and putting emphasis on entrepreneurship education to cultivate compound talents.Curriculum reform aims to change the status quo of difficult employment,change undergraduates' employment view and improve their ability of entrepreneurship.
