摘要

加工误差问题是一个综合性问题,控制误差的关键在于在具体的条件下找出产生加工误差的主要因素。综合论述了加工误差分析的方法和判断加工误差的具体步骤,针对不同的加工误差影响因素提出了相应的减少误差、提高加工精度的工艺措施。
        Machining error is a comprehensive problem. The key to control error is to find out the main factors that cause machining error under specific conditions. The method of machining error analysis and the specific steps of judging the machining error are comprehensively discussed. The corresponding measures to reduce the error and improve the machining accuracy are proposed for different factors affecting machining error.
