摘要
DC04材质的冲压外圈渗碳淬火后,渗碳层中存在比较严重的屈氏体,对其产生原因进行了分析并提出了相应的措施。结果表明:出现屈氏体是淬火冷却速度不够造成,通过更换淬火冷速更快的淬火油、提高淬火油的对流、选用渗碳能力更强的气氛能够有效避免冲压外圈渗碳淬火过程中出现的屈氏体组织。
        Serious troostite was found in the carburizing layer of DC04 steel stamping outer ring after carburizing and quenching,then the causes were analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward. The results show that it is due to insufficient quenching cooling rate.By using higher cooling speed oil,improving the convection of oil,and choosing atmosphere with stronger carburizing ability,the troostite can be effectively avoided in the process of carburizing and quenching of the stamping outer ring.
